Rescheduling and Cancellations (24 Hours Prior) If you need to make any changes or cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. This advance notice allows us to accommodate other clients who may need the slot. Late Cancellations (Within 24 Hours) Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment may be subject to a 50% charge of the service cost. No-Shows Failure to attend your scheduled appointment without any notice will result in a 100% charge of the service cost.
